Living in Land Park offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. Bordering Land Park is Interstate 5 to the west, Broadway (great street for restaurants) to the north, Sutterville Road to the south and to the east you have Freeport Boulevard (holding many great eats and locally owned business).
Land Park covers quite a bit on area but boast truly unique spots within biking distance.
Some places to find the local are for breakfast or brunch Dad’s Kitchen , adjacent to that you’ll find Freeport Bakery German owned and inspired.
Need to restock the Kitchen, love apanese flavors
Planning an activity filled day check out these hotspots; William Land Park which holds multiple baseball, soccer and open fields, a 9 hole golf course, and a big hit with the kids Fairytale Town, and a beautiful Pond almost large enough to be a lake. I almost forgot to mention the Sacramento Zoo!
